Användning och dosering
Vaporiser/burner: Tillsätt 6–8 droppar eterisk olja i en ångspridare eller en doftlampa. Steam inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of blending/carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba. Bath: Tillsätt 4–6 droppar eterisk olja till 20 ml blandningsolja och rör om i vattnet.
