100% Pure Cymbopogon citratus (lemongrass) leaf oil. Contains: Citral, Geraniol.

Användning och dosering

Förångare/brännare: Tillsätt 6–8 droppar eterisk olja i en ångspridare eller en doftlampa. Inandning: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old). Massage: Späd ut 5 droppar eterisk olja med 10 ml basolja, till exempel mandel- eller jojobaolja. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.
