OSTROVIT Folic Acid delivers 800 µg of pteroylmonoglutamic acid per tablet — 400% of the Nutrient Reference Value — in a convenient, easy-to-swallow tablet form. Folic acid contributes to normal psychological function, normal blood formation, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal amino acid synthesis, normal folate metabolism, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as established by EFSA.

Folic acid also contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Because individual needs may vary during pregnancy, the product label specifically recommends consulting a doctor before use in pregnant women. Each pack contains 90 tablets, providing a full 90-day supply at the standard one-tablet-per-day serving.
