About Ostrovit – EAAdvanced, Miami Vibes – 540g
Ostrovit EAAdvanced is a comprehensive essential amino acid formula designed to support your training routine. Each 12 g serving delivers 6,375 mg of EAAs — including a full BCAA complex (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine) alongside L-lysine, L-glutamine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan, L-methionine and L-cysteine — providing a wide-ranging amino acid profile in one convenient powder.
The formula is further enriched with an electrolyte blend totalling 947 mg per serving, combining potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and chloride to help support normal hydration. Vitamin B6 is also included, which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal psychological function.

Användning och dosering
Serving 12 g (2 flat scoops) — dissolve in 200 ml of water. On training days, consume one serving before a meal or workout, the second serving after training. On non-workout days, 1 serving between two meals.
