Nutrend BCAA 2:1:1 Core is a straightforward, no-nonsense branched-chain amino acid powder delivering the classic 2:1:1 ratio of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine in every 5 g serving, with 2000 mg of L-Leucine and 1000 mg each of L-Isoleucine and L-Valine per dose.
Formulated with instant BCAA technology using sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier, the powder mixes quickly and cleanly in water, making it easy to consume before, during or after your workout. Ingredienser
Mixture of instant BCAAs (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), acidity regulator citric acid, maltodextrin, flavouring, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, colour beta-carotene.
Användning och dosering
Mix a dose of 5 g (approx. 1 measuring scoop) with 250 ml of water 15 minutes before physical performance or immediately after workout. The drink may also be consumed during physical activity. Maximum daily dose is 5 g.
