Beyond carbohydrates, Ostrovit Carbo is enriched with a targeted electrolyte complex — including potassium (300 mg, 15% NRV), calcium (160 mg, 20% NRV), and magnesium (75 mg, 20% NRV) — which contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamin C and Vitamin B6, each present at 100% NRV per serving, further complement the formula. Användning och dosering
Mix 50 g (3 flat scoops) in 500 ml of water. Consume 1 serving during training.
