NOW Foods Probiotic-10 contains 25 Billion CFU across 10 selected probiotic strains in every vegetable capsule. This broad-spectrum formula combines Lactobacillus och Bifidobacterium species — including L. acidophilus , B. lactis , L. plantarum , och L. rhamnosus — alongside Streptococcus thermophilus , providing a blend of bacterial strains in a single daily serving.
