About Science in Sport – Go Energy Bake (50 g, Tiramisu)
The Science in Sport Go Energy Bake is a convenient, great-tasting energy snack designed for endurance athletes during prolonged training and competition. Inspired by the classic Italian dessert, the Tiramisu flavour combines a soft baked texture with a cream-flavoured filling, making it an enjoyable and practical on-the-go snack.
Each 50 g bar contains approximately 30 g of carbohydrates, including fructose. Designed to complement the wider SiS Go range, the Go Energy Bake can be combined with other SiS products to help athletes meet their hourly carbohydrate targets during sustained activity.
With added coffee and cocoa powder for authentic Tiramisu character, fortified wheat flour providing calcium, iron, niacin and thiamin, and a soft, easy-to-eat format, the Go Energy Bake is a practical bar for athletes during prolonged exercise.

Användning och dosering
Ät 1–2 barer per timme vid långvarig träning. Kombinera med andra SiS-produkter för att täcka det timvisa kolhydratbehovet under träningen (60–90 g).
