NOW Foods Super Omega 3-6-9 delivers a comprehensive blend of essential and beneficial fatty acids in a convenient 1200 mg softgel formula. Each serving of two softgels combines Borage Oil, Natural Fish Oil Concentrate and Organic Flax Seed Oil to provide a broad spectrum of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids in a single, easy-to-take dose.

The formula supplies naturally occurring EPA and DHA from fish oil, alongside GLA from borage seed oil and the plant-sourced fatty acids found in organic flaxseed oil. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, and EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. These are authorised health claims in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

NOW Foods is a long-established, GMP-certified manufacturer committed to quality and transparency. The softgel shell uses BSE-free bovine gelatin, and d-alpha Tocopherol (from sunflower) is included as a natural antioxidant to help protect the oils from oxidation.
